Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Returning a product to us for repair or any other reason is of course no problem.

However, to avoid any delay in processing your RMA, please use the form below.

If no RMA form has been sent in advance, the processing of the package will likely be
delayed.

Please note we charge  €42,50 (ex.VAT) as an investigation fee.
If the problems found are covered by warranty, these costs will be waivered.

Repairs are shipped back with UPS and charged separately.

TIP: Please use track-and-trace option when shipping packages to us, that way we can check when and where the package is.
