• We do not offer support to users of machines containing our controllers. Please get in touch with the machine manufacturer; they are in a better position to advise you due to their knowledge of their machines.

EdingCNC RMA policies

• An RMA is for customers who have purchased directly from us; in other cases, please get in touch with your supplier.
• Add a copy of the RMA form to the shipment.
• Make sure the products are appropriately packaged to avoid damage.
• When shipping bare boards, please make sure they are antistatic packaged. Normal bubble wrap is not an antistatic package material.
